Y2K, 911, a rapidly changing industry and a "recession", the likes of which few of us have lived through, have failed to stop Fidelity from growing and evolving. After more than a decade of success, Micheal and Dan still commit to being the first in the door and the last out -- expecting more from themselves than anyone else in the company.
